  • This serial port expander can compile the input of a serial port into 8 completely independent serial port outputs. Each serial port output can support baud rates from 300bps to 115200bps, supports ASC character data and hexadecimal data, supports data parity verification, and the data length can reach 204 bytes The 8-channel serial port expander also has a device ID identification code and a loop output of the serial port input signal. Only one serial port is needed to simply cascade multiple serial port expanders without mutual interference
